The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., develops character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports.  The Southern California Pony Club Region encompasses Orange County, San Diego County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County all the way to include Las Vegas too.  So Cal Region has members of all ages that participate in both Rally's and Clinics!
